Materials are: a 14kt gold filled box chain necklace, an 18kt gold plated metal skull charm, a 18kt gold plated lapis lazuli horn charm, and an 18kt gold plated herkimer diamond charm.  Length of necklace is 16", chain is 1/16" wide, and lapis lazuli charm (with the bail) is 1" long and 3/4" at its widest point.  The necklace is somewhat light and easy to wear.
