Materials are: pink opal nuggets, rose quartz crystal stone points, clear elastic, with a gold plated brass crimp cover.  Although the elastic makes it adjustable, it best fits those with medium to to extra large wrists.  Largest center piece is 1.75" high and 3/4" wide.  It is slightly on the heavier side, so it is not for those who are unaccustomed to wearing slightly heavier pieces.
